primrosesigbotq @lindawarby1 Hi, doll! I am very very sorry I never got back to you the other day. The grandchildren came over and ended up staying overnight. And then I ended up having an extremely busy day with work. another 13-hour day. so I never got a chance to even check the dress. The elastic is all the way around at the waist and is extremely stretchy. if you found something else, I completely understand.
