PLW vintage maxi dress with belted jacket size 8

PLW maxi dress with belted jacket size 8. Dress has zipper back, and high turtle type neck with hook closure at top of zipper. Jacket is open with one small hook closure at top and includes belt. Care tag has been removed, but fits like a size 8. Very nice pre-owned vintage condition no flaws found. Note two spots on top right of jacket, but I believe those to be part of the material.
