og_loft @orangehhr220 Hi! The top is 29 in long from shoulder seam to the bottom front. The inside seam of the sleeve is 4 inches from arm pit down to the edge of the inside seem of the sleeve - I'm not sure it is long enough to cover up upper arm problem area...
