Do these run large or small? Also are these liens or raw leather inside? If they’re lined what are they lined with?

@ponyfeather86 hi there. I can't speak to size.. I'm a women's 9 which translates normally to men's 7. so this pair was big for me. but I can't speak to whether the actual boots were true to size. I sized up thinking this brand usually runs narrow.
as for the lining. there is a part of the heel that has extra lining and the interior layer closest to the heel has an unfinished leather look, but doesnt feel rough. The rest of the inside is smooth.
