@hismrs Hello, you are not along that frustrated with buyers not rating. I excuse new poshers that simply donβt know they should rate their purchases on this platform. But then I see others were profile saying they have been with Poshmark since 2018 and not a single review. Those are the ones that donβt bother to say thank you. I used to include small gifts with every purchase, and some buyers, not even thank me for gift, they wouldnβt even rate.

@hismrs Now I check profiles first. If person been on Poshmark for at least 2-3 years and 0 ratings I know what to expect. I still wrap their order nicely, but thank you sticker will do just fine. I am not spending my time on hand written note and gift choosing, if they cannot spend a minute on rating and note. π

@vintage_reborn Yeah, I cut the gifts years ago. Now is especially hard. Our main Houston Distribution Center is merging with another facility so all incoming & outgoing is taking 1-3 weeks. Sales from the 16th are just now being delivered. Naturally, the ones that have, I canβt get the buyers to accept. I go out of my way to ship immediately & before shipping, thank everyone for purchasing, then send 3+ pics, depending on what it is, to ensure theyβre items are correct & safely packaged.

@vintage_reborn When I 1st posted this all my sales were being accepted & rated. Now itβs slowing down. I posted bc most of my buyers arenβt sellers & I need them to know that only putting 5 stars doesnβt show anyone anything. Accepting orders & rating is Extremely important.

@hismrs yes, Poshmark community used to be more of a community and people care more. It change to being just a regular selling platform. Soon it will be just another Amazon. But I still get many nice buyers that do leave a beautiful notes. π
