If you contact me about me about something you purchased that says "in transit" or you haven't received it, please don't take it personally if I don't respond. It's because I don't know the answer. Posh has changed up the shipping 2x this past week, so a lot of us are confused.
Please understand it's no benefit to me if you don't get your item, I lose money & the item, but my buyer gets refunded.
I carry multiples of the same items, and some I don't.
I have over 800 items in my closet, plus I probably have 400 to 500 to list.
I know hosts whose items are showing "in transit" or tracking stops. I'm sure all of us ask is, please be patient. I promise you we are watching it on our end.
We want you to get your items. That's our income, too.
I greatly appreciate each and every sale.
I haven't been here for 12 years to get my items lost or delayed getting to you.
We no longer get to ship Priority. We have to ship the Usps ground advantage, which is extremely slow in some areas or regions.
