katesaintclaire @rosiebridge I’m sorry you took it that way! 🥺 Not my intention at all. I have just dealt with some drama and pettiness in the past (particularly with other sellers) and want my customer’s shopping experience to be fun and not have to worry about the cattiness. I do appreciate your honesty, though. I re-read it and I could definitely word it differently. I guess my personality came on a lil too strong. I’m sorry I rubbed you the wrong way. daisyroseshop You have an amazing closet and I appreciate your upfront approach to any potential nonsense. Going through a BS complaint where someone wants to return something so she is making up claims, like the box was smashed. So I am thinking that you way eliminates all of that.

katesaintclaire @kathyrobeson Thank you so much! 🥰 I try to be as authentic as possible and I know to some I can come on a little strong. I probably need to redo my guidelines (or word them differently lol!) As a boutique seller, the amount of petty Posh drama is quite ridiculous. I don’t want to have a bunch of rules (I actually dislike closets w/ a bunch of them), I just want people to be respectful is all. I guess I lost a potential customer but I just can’t be fake. 🤷🏻‍♀️

katesaintclaire @kathyrobeson and omg YES the made up claims were getting ridiculous. I now haven’t had one in over a year **knock on wood**. I want to protect not only myself but the buyer as well. I wasn’t trying to judge anyone before they shop with me. This really has eliminated so many problems.

I can’t tell you how many insulting offers I get on boutique items, so I write the same thing About boutique Prices being firm unless bundled,I write it in the listing instead.
