mommom501 @girlcoulter Yes, I take pictures of the actual items during the packaging process, but for sure have extra good pictures of the items so you are sure they were shipped with zero flaws. I learned my lesson after selling a top (for $5, it's always the smallest dog with the biggest bark), and the buyer said it had 7 stains on the front and gave me a bad rating. She was the one and only bad rating I have ever had. Totally rude and uncalled for, but they are out there, unfortunately.

girlcoulter @mommom501 Ouch! I will step it up too. I try not to sell anything with a stain, tear or rip. But it happened to me. Fortunately the seller was awesome about it. I even tried to give her money back for dry cleaning and she didn't want it.

mommom501 @girlcoulter I apologized and offered to refund the buyer too but she preferred to leave a bad review instead. I have only seen two instances of rudeness on Poshmark.

ashleahodges Great idea , I sold a brand new pair of bots with tags and all and the man said they fell apart an hour of wearing them . IMPOSSIBLE, they were BRAND new with tags . Yes there is people out there like that . And leave a bad review !
