Measurements are taken laying flat with no stretch. This is an oversized sweatshirt, but it does have a lot of stretch to it. A very comfortable sweatshirt as it’s cozy, but ventilated at the same time. The netting is really soft so not scratchy or irritating at all. I think I only wore it once or twice, and it’s ready to go to someone who will actually take it out of the closet!!
