It is 100% acrylic with faux fur and Sherpa lining. Large Metal snaps and hooks in the front. It measures 19 inches across the front of the chest, armpit to armpit, and 25.5 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the vest. Great shape! We are a pet friendly family.
