Pimpernel's quality placemats and coasters use a 5mm board which is topped with aunique art print and is totally sealed with a high quality lacquer finish, that is both and heat resistant to 212 F. The whole placemat and coaster is finished with a hardwearing cork back to protect precious furniture.
