It's not blue though but between green and blue. ~ Swing A-Line Tunic Style Dress ~ 95% Bamboo and 5% Spandex for stretch. Lots of Stretch ~ Very SOFT ~ Crisscross V-neck ~ Size M on a Smaller side. I'd say it would fit sizes S, 4, PS, PM, 6 and 6P ~ Washable ~ Material is not sheer - I would say more like a light summer shirt material. ~ Packs great too! ~ In excellent condition.
