Perfect for a dollhouse but a bit small for 1:12. I would recommend 1:16 scale. If you want to make it work in a 1:12, just put some plants, maybe a side table, or add some feet to it. you can use old earrings for the feet and some super glue or B6000 glue. I am including feet for you just in case you need them.
