PET Mermaid Costume with Tiara

This is such a cute dog or cat mermaid costume. The silver tiara just adds to the glitz of the metallic scales and purple sequins. It fastens with velcro around the neck & around the chest. The Size is XS/S. The neck measures 12.5 inches and the chest measures 15 inches. The Velcro pieces are is 2 inches long which allows for some adjustability. It has been worn only for a photoshoot so is in like new condition. It will be sanitized before shipping.
