Has a vee collar, small fluttering cap sleeve. The dress has a gathered ribbon effect finishing with a buckle in front. The gathered ribbon effect extends on both side of the mid-section of the dress. There is top stitching on the front and back which create panels for a wonderful flowing appearance. It is a Size Large. This dress has never been worn, therefore perfect. This is a midi length.
