PERCEPTIONS New York Sleeveless Dress

A black dress by Perceptions New York with white Swiss dots that gradually become larger towards the hem. It is a sleeveless stretchy fabric with little pleats on the upper half. Very comfortable and forgiving. Size 16 It measures approximately 20 1/2" underarm to underarm. Length measures approximately 40". Measurements are with the fabric laying flat. It is very stretchy.
