Reposhing this item I purchased from @evettep25 because I thought this was floor-length and it’s not. I would say this is about knee-length.
Black velvet duster/coat from Patra. There are ostrich feathers on the collar and the fabric is soft & flowy. I would’ve kept this if it was floor-length!
