PASTEL MOONS BAT SKIRT - RAT BABY

Measurements laid flat: 14.5 inch waist (stretches some) and 16.25 inches in length. Marked size L, but runs a little small so I’d recommend for someone who usually wears size M. Tried on once and not worn again so it’s time to pass it along.
