This listing is for a PNS balance shorts in a size medium. You can use it for running, yoga etc. This is unisex. It’s in amazing condition only used once lightly for a 2 hour walk. Waist : 12.5 Length: 17 Inseam: 8 Rise: 10 inches I am size 30 and fit fine. I would say anyone in range from 27-34 can fit this.
