PARKER Flare Back cut out dress in Blue

Like new, worn once! PARKER cocktail/ spring dress, very elegant and fun. Dress is flowy at the hip down and fitted on its top. Dress is a size Medium, however I’m a small and it fits fine. There’s a lot of stretch with this fabric so can fit between small and medium. Has a really cute cut out on the lower back.
