Cute ceramic paper towel holder/dispenser. This is a white cat with yellow stripes and a blue scarf. It stands about 6" high and the diameter of the holder is about 6". There is a rough spot on the cat's right side at the blue scarf. It is the same color, but is rough when you run your finger over it. This is a unique towel holder for the counter.
