Slide the food holder onto the track, pop in fruit or veggies in the patented food holder/handle and slide back and forth for perfect slices. It has four different blades/settings that let you straight slice, wedge slice, grate, and cross cut. The food holder ensures your hands stay away from the sharp blade, and the stainless-steel leg raises the body for easier viewing. Use it over a bowl or on a cutting board—the nonskid feet will keep it in place. This unit includes a storage bin for all of the blades that can be attached directly to the slicer to keep them handy when not in use. Unit breaks down easily and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
