I heard that with padjar you should size up especially with thick socks? plz advise

Hi there, I wear an 8.5 and I usually would wear a midweight sock with these and they were fine. But if you wear a super chunky thick sock, I would say maybe a size 9 would be better for you if you are an 8.5.
