PAJ Sterling Silver Vermeil Citrine and Diamond Accent Pendant

From PAJ China, here's a Sterling Silver (hallmarked on inside of bale - too hard to get photo) vermeil (pink gold overlay) pendant. With a center gem that appears to be a citrine (tests as a crystal), the pendant has one single diamond (tested) accent at the very top - the rest of the silver surrounding the center stone is just silver nubs. Width/height of the round is 7/16"; the bale and ring adds another 1/4" of height. Weight is 1 grams - yes, a delicate little piece of jewelry. Just too cute!
