Condition is not new, normal wear, no tears, working zipper, slight normal discoloration from regular wear. I noticed the puckering in the picture too and saw other sellers had similar puckering in their pictures. When I wore them I never noticed it. They fit me true to size, this could potentially show for someone who is smaller than the size where it is more loose. Thanks!
