Paden City Pottery El Palomar hacienda 8-piece set in excellent condition. Lovely set from the 1940’s with no chips or flaws to note. Light crazing I’ve tried highlighting in photos. This set includes four small bread/side plates and four soup/salad bowls. Please see approximate measurements below. Made in the USA. Rare and collectible. Plate- L- 6.25” Bowl- L- 8.5” H- 1.75” Weight- 5 lbs The Paden City Pottery was founded in 1907 by George Lasell in Paden City, West Virginia. During the course of its existence it employed a number of first rate designers, such as Russel Wright (1904-1976), and decorators, such as Anton Refregier (1905-1979). It closed its doors in 1963.
