P & Rose Tunic Shirt

Tunic shirt or dress by P & Rose. Long sleeve with gathering through the middle and thermal like material on arms and side. Could be worn as a tunic but is long enough to be worn as a dress. I’m 5’0 and could definitely wear it as a dress. Never been wore. NWOT. This was a sample piece and does not have a size tag, but fits like a S/M. Measurements below. Color is Pink.
