Over-the-head dress with flutter sleeves and pockets!

This dress is cream colored with flowers in blues, pinks and browns. It has flutter cap sleeves, tortoise shell buttons down the front (not functional), pockets. The fabric is soft and stretchy, with a gently gathered elastic waistline for shaping. The skirt portion of the dress is nice and flowy. I only wore it once, for a special occasion. It comes to just below my knee. (I’m 5’ 3”). It’s beautiful, but I’m just not someone who wears dresses. See photos for measurements. 40” length from shoulder. 17” waist but is very stretchy, 19.5” pit to pit. 33” from base of V-neck to hem.
