Purchased from a crafts market in Chiang Mai where the seamstress added red stitching around the neck by hand. Feather hem at the bottom. Fits XS, Small or Medium. Length shoulder to hem 28".

What is the fabric

@nancydaniels817 I'm not sure as it doesn't have a fabric tag. It is medium weight, slightly stiff so holds some shape. I bought it in Chiang Mai.
