Oversized Dark Navy Ruffle Neck Embroidered L/S Cotton Blouse

Lovely cotton/rayon button down blouse from Old Navy with tiny embroidered flowers, oversized sleeves, button cuffs, ruffles around the neck and up the buttoned placket. Size Medium measures approximately 14 1/2" shoulder seam to shoulder seam laid flat, and approx 22 1/2" pit to pit. Worn once---just a bit too big for me. No visible issues, and a very nice soft fabric.
