Overland Leather shoulder bag Large Doctor bag in caramel with gold studs Genuine Leather with thick shoulder straps and a doctor bag silhouette. This is my favorite color of leather, so caramelly rich and you can just tell it is high quality. Zipper and strap closure, with belt style strap having magnetized snap. Purse has one large pouch, lined in purple cotton fabric, with one side having patch pockets, and the other the standard small zippered pocket. Both sides of the outer bag also have small pockets.
