Over the knee boots with black star studs

Used I am not even sure if i ever wore them They are in prisstine condition Side zipper stretch fabric no idea if leather or not but my guess is it is not black studded stars down side all measurements are in picture i can't decipher the label to see who made these i have included the print on the zipper and inside label They are a size 7.5
