Wigpop is their collection of colorful and ready-to-wear wigs. It has been washed and ready to wear. Suggest washing again as you may not like the hair wash I used! The Label says: “Wigpop Synthetic Full Wig” on one side and “Outre’ Made in China” on the other side. It is a medium size lace and net cap. The circumference is 21” un-stretched. It fits well!
