Outfitters asymmetrical hem Striped drawstring top

Super cute top with working drawstring sides floral embroidery on front and black and gray stripes throughout. This is 100% cotton. This top does have a distressed look to it but cannot say for sure if that is intended so you can decide seems to be in good condition and material is smooth so do believe that is accurate.
