The bladder was used once for one hike in Hawaii. 3 sections in this pack. 1st- small to carry little things 2nd- organizing section with pockets to hold pens, keys, wallet, etc. Has an opening on top for your headphone cord to go through. 3rd- large section with bladder pouch. Straps are comfortable and have hooks. Has a detachable cell phone holder. String handle on top of bag for easy carrying. Even if you don’t use the hydration pack, this is a well made backpack in new condition. It is appx 21 inches long and 14 inches wide.
