This is a beautiful and waterproof, full-length slicker made from treated cotton oilskin. It is designed to be durable and wind-resistant. It’s in excellent condition and great for fall and winter workwear. Heavy weight and secured with double snaps to keep wind and weather out. It’s a really nice design.
