Ottod’ame made in Italy - Painterly blue and white cotton skirt

Bought this very special skirt at a boutique in NYC, but it’s from an Italian brand (Ottod’ame). The blue pattern is like a watercolor. It’s 100% cotton and fully lined. It says size 6 but it fits more like a 4 so I’ve listed it at that size.
