The stress is so cool. I actually do not have the tags, but I have not worn this dress. It just was too big for me. The ruching fits through the body down past the knee and hugged the body in a very attractive way, and then the skirt flares out and I guess, depending on your height would be considered a maxi dress or could even graze just above the ankles. I’m 5’1 and it hits me on lower calf.
