Black midi skirt from & Other Stories in a size EU 36. Brand says 36 is equivalent to a US 4; waist measurement when laid flat is approximately 13". Hook and zipper closure on the side, but the back of the waistband is elastic, which adds some more give. This is made of a linen-viscose blend, would be perfectly cool for hot temps. Side slit (see photos). Excellent condition -- worn only once for a few hours, then washed gentle and hung to dry. *From a non-smoking home*
