Oten Sugar Skull Day Of The Dead Halter Tulle Ruffle Dress In Sz Small. Ties around neck. Sweetheart neckline. Back smocking. Tulle lined hem. Full skirt bottom. Side zipper(stitch pulled at top). Red dress with white, blue, black, pink & orange print. Festive & fun. Missing fabric tag but feels like cotton with no stretch( besides back smocking). This dress has been loved and has stains/marks in quite a few places. Most are mild but to varying degrees, so please check out all of my pictures(most flaws are after measurement pics). Despite these issues, this dress is fabulous with lots more fun times to be had.
