US shoe size -10 UK shoe size - 8 I made some extra holes in the strap to hold them to my feet, in pulling the straps tightly, it caused a bit of wear on the side of the ankle strap as shown in the pictures. I wore them 2 times. Still great but a bit on the heavier side. The item you see in the picture is the item you will receive. I try to take as many pictures as possible and describe as best as I can.
