Oshkosh tunic shirt striped size 7 (seems too short to be a dress).

This is a really cute top. I think it’s a little too short as a dress for a size 7, so it either runs small or is supposed to be a longer top. It does look great with leggings or jeans. Please feel free to bundle/make an offer! I love offers!
