Oscar the Grouch Black Sweater Design

EUC Rare Oscar the Grouch and Slimey black women’s crop sweater. 35% wool, 65% acrylic. It doesn’t have a tag for brand or size. I wear and size XL - it’s a little snug. Would probably fit a M to L perfectly. The pit to pit is 22-1/2”; neck to waist is 20- 20 1/2”. Sleeves are approximately 18-1/2” from shoulder to cuff - it could be 3/4 length sleeves. The shoulders are drop. I love this sweater!!! Perfect for casual wear.
