Oscar by Oscar De La Renta size 16 black velvet wide leg pants.   Side zip, lined at the waist.  Stretchy, flowy. Pure black, the gray in some photos is just glare from the lights and camera. Waist laying flat:  18 3/4 Rise:  12 Inseam:  32 3/4 Leg Opening:  15 1/2 Overall very good pre-owned condition with no major signs of wear.  The hook and loop closure is missing the loop.  Could be replaced though it is not needed to keep the zipper secure and closed.
