Oscar The Grouch Animated Mechanical 1999 Telco Sesame Street ~ Vintage ~ Cute!. I put batteries in it, but I could not get it to work. Maybe someone more mechanical can fix it. Hes in good shape for his age and would make a great display piece if nothing else.
