Orrefors Sweden candy dish/ vase in perfect condition. It has not been used, has simply been in a display case. This item is called the Crystal Scalloped Tear Drop Candy Dish Vase. Base width is 3” & top open width is 6.75”; height is 5.5” - also, I would estimate this weighs over 10lbs. TY for viewing!

mariannegera I have seen quite a few of these for sale on Etsy/eBay for around $20. Is there a reason why yours is priced so high?

victoria021770 @mariannegera I’m so sorry but that is not possible - this is an Orrefors Sweden piece - I had checked & this exact one (that I saw online for sale & not brand new, as mine basically is), was selling for around 275. This item alone weighs almost 10 lbs if not more - Orrefors is similar to Baccarat crystal - essentially in highest quality/most $$$ category of crystal in the world.

victoria021770 @mariannegera in addition, the only one I did see online, multiple people were bidding on it. If u are uncertain, please google Orrefors Crystal. It has had a name change as it was Orrefors Sweden (and on my pieces, I have tried to capture the labeled inscription in photos), but yes the pieces I have originally went by that name. On Poshmark, it goes by another name which I will post in a moment.

victoria021770 @mariannegera hi I did just look at eBay & saw what u meant - many of those pieces are pre-owned (not all but a good majority). My pieces have sat untouched & have no scratches or wear on them. Once commerce begins to open up, I will plan to get them appraised. Yes, in perfect condition, these are amazing to have - so if u find one that catches ur eye & budget, u should go for it! I know what I paid for these items & at this point, unless warranted, my $ are firm.

I can definitely tell these are very nice pieces I have just started learning about the brand but I appreciate your detail. victoria021770 @mariannegera Orrefors is stunning - photos DO NOT do this brand justice 💎. As I mentioned, if u are able to be totally certain the seller is guaranteeing BN (in box or not), & the $ price point works for u, I would go for it! I def saw some gorgeous pieces on there which are most likely very worth the $. The biggest thing w/ this brand is wear n tear - u def don’t want to buy something very used - it won’t have the beauty 💕. GL!
