Ornate Victorian Buckle Brass Bohemian Glass

Made from brass, lacy cut design with flowers etched, the three bohemian glass stones are in the middle. 2 piece buckle. Measures 2"x1.75".The stones need to be polished. Minor wear and lovely patina.There is a small rust spot are near the green On the back one of the clips has a bend as shown. There is some rust pick up is some areas shown in the close ups its not rusted out more like a layer that needs to be cleaned in areas. No chips or cracks. Antique so flaws are expected.
