muntiu72 Hello, I got the picture this morning. It s beautiful! Because of the transport and the weight of the 3D alabaster the bottom part of the inner frame border came off completely, and the 3D alabaster came loose. It took me about two hours to fix it. I am glad that I was able to! It's all good! Now it is hanging on the wall in our sitting room. It is a gorgeous addition to our antique collections that we have in our house. danielslisa1969 I am so sorry the UPS store said they were going to put more packing in the box other than the silver packing I had wrapped it in. I’m very happy you were able to fix it. Did you take pictures so I can file a claim?
