Ornamental Perfume Bottle. Art-Deco Style

Blue/green with a seashell base. All glass except for the brass top and black tassel. I haven't tried to open it for a while, so cannot attest as whether or not it works as a perfume dispenser. It's still a lovely piece of art. Purchased from Neiman Marcus. No chips, cracks, or flakes.
