Original Oil Painting Clown with Balloons Canvas Framed Signed Rieves VTG 1970s

Vintage 1970s original oil painting portrait of a happy smiling clown with a big red nose and blue, purple, and yellow balloons. It's signed Rieves 1979. Vintage preowned condition: frame has an old touchup and old timey newspaper backing paper has an old taped repair of a rip. Please see photos. Total framed size is about 16 1/2" x 20 1/2".
